Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you may check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, view purchase history, save your details, and receive personalised recommendations.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
We can cancel your order until it has been dispatched. If it has already shipped, you can still return it once received (see our Returns Policy).

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — but we plan to very soon. We currently ship within the UK only.
How long does UK delivery take?
We use Royal Mail Tracked Services:
Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders placed before 12 pm (Monday–Friday) are typically processed within 48 hours. Orders placed after 1 pm or during weekends/bank holidays are processed the next working day.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
Can I return an opened product?
No, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, it is inspected within 7 working days.
Approved refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
