Welcome to THE EDIT by Dr Ellie (“we”, “us”, “our”). THE EDIT by Dr Ellie operates this website and online store, including all associated content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our Services are powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

Prices, promotions and discounts are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout at the time you place your order.

All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, weather or events outside our control.
Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Services are hosted by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and THE EDIT by Dr Ellie.
Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, interactions, or any damages arising from your transactions with us. You explicitly release Shopify from any related claims or liabilities.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, your information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside of your residence to enable the Services.

11. FEEDBACK
If you submit any ideas, reviews, suggestions or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
19. WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
These Terms, together with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
