Adults take 20 drops, approx 1 dropper up to 4 times a day if needed or as per the advice of their doctor.

Kids take 1 drop per 5lb of body weight up to 4 times a day if needed or as per the advice of their doctor.

You can take it directly on the tongue or mix with water. Do not put in hot drink as this will kill the enzymes. Shake well before use.

Finding Your Optimal Dose:

This is a standard suggested dosage, but everyone's body is different. Factors like individual biochemistry, health concerns, and current symptoms may mean that some people need less-while others may benefit from a higher or more frequent dose.
